  11. This is a prototype wais-ftp server.  This server searches README files throughout
  12. the entire FTP directory tree.  When an interesting file is found, it should used as a
  13. relevance feedback document.  When the search is re-done, the user will get a listing
  14. of the ftp directory in which the README file resides.  The user can then retrieve
  15. files from that directory.  Text files are returned as type TEXT, all other files
  16. are returned as type FTP.
